"Shipping took forever"
The cover itself is fine, no big complaints there. But the shipping was way too slow, and the updates didn’t really tell me much. I kept getting those polished little company messages that sound nice but don’t actually explain anything, which just made me trust the whole process less.

"Customer service was okay, but could be quicker"
I had to reach out about my order, and it took a little longer than I was expecting to hear back. They did eventually reply and help me out, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. I just wish the response time had been faster. Compared to some other places, it was just kind of... average.

"Pretty decent cover for the price"
I wasn’t really expecting a whole lot for what I paid, but this cover fits my car just fine. It feels a bit better than the super cheap one I had before, so that was a nice surprise. Shipping was okay too, nothing amazing, but no real complaints. Overall, yeah, I’m happy with the value...

"Kept most of the rain out"
I used this during a heavy rainstorm the other week, or maybe it was earlier this month, I can’t remember exactly. Water beaded off really well for the most part. I did notice one tiny damp spot afterward, but it kept most of the rain out like I hoped.

"They send the wrong cover twice"
I order this for my 2018 Camry, but the cover they sent didn’t fit at all. I figured the replacement would be right, but they send the wrong one again. It was annoying and wasn’t worth the hassle

"Wasn’t sure at first, but it fit"
I was kind of second-guessing whether this would actually fit my car, but once I put it on, it ended up being just right.

"It was fine at first, but yeah... not great"
I really wanted this to work, and it seemed okay when I first put it on. But after the rain, the underside of my car was still soaked, which was frustrating. Maybe it helps a little, I guess, but it definitely didn’t keep the rain out like I expected.

I thought installing this would be straightforward, but it ended up being way more annoying than I expected. I kind of regret not checking reviews or instructions more closely before buying it...

"Good Material, Though Not Quite Perfect"
Overall, the material feels good and seems decently made. It’s comfortable enough and has a nice feel to it, but I wouldn’t say it’s perfect. Still, for everyday use, it does the job quite well.

"I accidentally ordered the wrong size cover for..."
I accidentally ordered the wrong size cover for my car, and I just assumed right away that the exchange was going to be a headache. Totally my mistake, but I emailed carcover.com and they replied quickly with clear return steps.
The whole thing ended up being way easier than I expected. No runaround or weird back and forth, and the new cover showed up fitting much better. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"I’ve had this sitting outside for about..."
I’ve had this sitting outside for about a year now, and it’s held up better than I expected. It’s still in good shape overall. The only thing is it took more effort than I really wanted to deal with, which was annoying, but at least it seems to be lasting.
